E V O L V Ǝ D - Architecture and Interior Design Studio is an Albanian-Canadian based practice operating in the international market within architecture, interior and urbanism.
Our team is committed to developing future-proof, sustainable and innovative designs that embody a contemporary interpretation of an architecture in evolution. We want to revolutionize every aspect of human life. With a vision for the city of the future, based in the spiritual and emotional needs of the human being.
E V O L V Ǝ D seeks to create a balance between humanity, the built area, and nature. Better cities, pleasant landscapes, fantastic homes and great spaces to enjoy life, our vision and main goal is to design spaces with the intent to create a healthier environment.
E V O L V Ǝ D - Architecture and Interior Design Studio was founded by Dean Hado in Tirana, Albania. On the basis of several distinguished projects, it established the Tirana office in 2020 while operating at the same time in Toronto, Canada simultaneously.
Before establishing E V O L V Ǝ D, its founder worked for one of the most renowned and successful construction company in Albania.
After graduating from POLIS University in 2014, Dean Hado started his first steps into the architecture world in a small local interior design practice as a graduate architect, before landing a job as a junior architect at the construction company Edil-al sh.p.k, where he worked for more than 5 years.
Being one of the most important construction companies in Albania with a high volume of projects, really helped shape Dean’s expertise in the field and made possible for him to jump steps from entry level to Project Architect. He worked on some of the most iconic buildings in Albania such as:
Alba Residence, Fiori di Bosco Residence, Quiet Lake Luxury Residences, Tirana Industrial Park, KepMerli Touristic Village, San Nicolas Touristic Village, Eyes of Tiranahigh-rise building etc.
The peak of the experience during his long experience in Edil-al would be the role as Project Architect at one of the most elite projects done in Albania and first in the Balkans: The San Pietro Resort and Melia International Hotel. A touristic village with more than 147 villas, 600apartments scattered in 3 level buildings, and over 500 Hotel Rooms under the world-known premium brand Melia International.
In 2020 after more than 5 years of experience and with over 400'000 m2 designed and built, from residential objects to touristic villages, Dean Hado decided it was time to move on and create its own practice, taking advantage from the opportunities in North America, after holding a permanent residency in Canada.
Although the struggles of working from home during Covid-19 times, E V O L VƎ D - Architecture and Interior Design Studio sought and chased opportunities world-wide evolving into an international practice with branches and outsource force in different countries of the world, creating links and collaborations with foreign investors that hold strong to present date.
E V O L V Ǝ D - Architecture and Interior Design Studio aspires to contribute, through means of design, to social and urban evolution, hence the name evolved which is also an acronym for evolv3d. Evolving through 3d design, the point in space where architecture meets evolution and evolves. In our line of work, we believe that design creates value and we insist on achieving the highest quality from conceptual design to final completion.
E V O L V Ǝ D pursues the perfect integration of artistic aesthetics and practical functions whilst never losing the sight of business purpose. By understanding the nowadays sprawl and densification as a result from overlapping layers of social, cultural, economic and everyday-life interrelations, our team researches carefully and analyses the spatial reality through an evolutional model that allows discovery of hidden socio/cultural potential. Our projects are often fueled by the outcome of our researches, and aim to establish an evolved relationship between architecture and its social environment.
We believe that facing today’s new challenges, architecture has to evolve from a situation of eclectic accumulation of objects, to a new level of clarity, in which it is decongested to show a new reality where architecture is not just petrified reflection of our society, nor naïve expression of unsustainable utopia, but an effective solution that promotes new value of a contemporary life. These actions define what E V O L V Ǝ D is.
